PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We offer shipping by Canada Post Expedited, Purolator Ground, or Purolator Express.
Couriers do not move mail on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Delivery expectations are quoted in business days. Adverse weather, long weekends and holidays may also delay delivery.
PLEASE NOTE - The shipping option you chose does not alter our order processing time. It only determines your delivery service.
Packages are sent without requiring a signature. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a safe drop location. Contact us if you require an upgrade to signature for delivery and we will send you a invoice. This option is available for an additional $4
Design Blanks ships to Canada and the continental USA. Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 hours (Mon-Fri) depending on the season. This may be longer during holiday and peak seasons. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48hrs for your tracking number to update.
Orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited, Purolator Ground, or Purolator Express or you may send us a shipping label. Standard delivery is 2-7 business days.
Couriers do not move mail on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Delivery expectations are quoted in business days. Adverse weather, long weekends and holidays may also delay delivery. Global pandemics cause uncertainty and require extra amounts of patience. Shipping delays are out of our control.
Place your order and select pick up when you are going through checkout. Your order will be ready in approx 2 business days. We will send an email to inform you it is ready and make arrangements with you at that time for pick up.
Orders can be picked up from our convenient pick up bin outside the warehouse entrance.
Check your tracking information. If the tracking information shows your parcel has not yet been delivered, or delivery has not been attempted, be patient and assured it is on its way.
**Expect a delay from when your label is printed until it gets picked up and scanned into the system. If the tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, check your community mailbox, front door, garage, backdoors, porch. Sometimes your carrier will leave items in a safe spot.
If you still haven't found it, please contact the courier with your tracking number and then contact us. Time is of the essence if a package has been delivered to the wrong address. We do not have any more information other than what is available on the tracking website. We can place a trace on the package through the courier. A parcel trace can take 10-14 days.
Design Blanks is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from designblanks.ca pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, if such items must cross an international border, then risk of loss and title pass to you when they clear customs.
Include pictures, the first thing we will ask for is pictures of the problem and pictures of your packing slip. Mistakes happen and we are happy to help set things straight in a timely manner.
RETURNS - Returns are considered on a case by case basis and must be approved prior to items being returned. Return shipping will be at your expense.

No refunds will be issued until return items are received by us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
- Unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging.
Under NO circumstances will washed and/or worn items or altered/customized items ever be considered for a return.
Our policy is 7 days from delivery. After 7 days we cannot consider any returns. We will only accept returns for the following conditions:
1. Items that were originally and substantially defective. NOT minor flaws or imperfections.
2. We sent the wrong item in error.
All returns should meet the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Refund or Store Credit will be processed after we receive the return.
~Please do not contact us about something you bought months or years ago (it happens!)
** Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee may apply (this does not apply to orders where wrong items were sent)
Damaged items It is common to see differences in style or colour between batches or lots. Frustrating but not considered a defect. If we are shipping you blue cups we do our best to make sure they are all from the same lot but they may not be an exact match to the order you placed previously. Each batch or lot is custom made for us. Wholesale items made Overseas have a small percentage of defects or "less than perfect" items. We screen for major defects. Our product prices are based on a small percentage of defects and cannot be refunded.
If you find a small hole or a missed stitches - We see this occasionally. You are crafty! You are a maker! YouTube is a great resource to learn to sew a couple of small stitches. It will empower you! You don't have to know how to sew but learning to place a couple of simple stitches is a great skill to add to your crafting resume. We will NOT refund an item for needing to have a few stitches sewn into it. This applies to a small hole on the seam of a teddy bear or a small hole on a tree skirt. We understand that this is frustrating but this is the cost of ordering bulk items from an online warehouse that orders in bulk from overseas manufacturers.
Third Party Returns - We will not accept items that you have sold to your customers. If your customer is unhappy with an item this is your responsibility as the seller.
