When will my order ship?

We work hard to pack and process in stock orders as quickly as we can. The average processing time is 2-3 business days. Your order may have a longer processing time during very busy seasons. These times do not include weekends. We do not pack orders on evenings or weekends.

When your order ships you will receive an email notification. If you need it super speedy please add the Rush Fee and you can jump the queue. 

How long do I have to send my e-transfer payment?

E-transfers must be sent within 48hrs or order will be cancelled. Please contact us for exceptions. 

What if I don't see a product I am interested in?

Send us an email or a message on our Facebook page with your ideas! We love hearing from our customers.  

Inventory

Inventory numbers on the website can be off. Particularly at the bottom of a bin. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In the event that items you ordered are out of stock, we will refund those items. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. 

In a case where any of the following apply- 
1. Your order has been packed and will now require unpacking and re-shelving.
2. Your order has been packed and sat here for an extended period of time.
3. Attempt to contact the customer has been made.
