We offer customer support by email at admin@designblanks.ca, through our contact form or send us a message through our Design Blanks Facebook page. 

Messages are answered between 10-5 Mon-Fri. We try to respond within 1-2 business days. 

We ship from Eugenia ON. We ship across Canada.

Select pick up at checkout. Your order will be ready in 2-3 business days. We'll send an email when it's ready & make arrangements for pick up. Orders can be picked up from our convenient pick up bin outside the warehouse entrance.

We are in clearance mode. Orders are now only being packed/shipped 2 days a week. Orders are taking longer now that we are not full-time. Please be patient with us. We do not pack orders on evenings or weekends.

Please be aware that your shipping option does not have any effect on our processing times. 

We are no longer able to offer free or flat rate shipping tiers.

Shipping is based on weight. Shipping quotes appear on the checkout page of the website. This quotes come directly from Canada Post and Purolator.

We ship to NWT using carrier provided rates

Packages are sent without requiring a signature. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a safe drop location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Cancelled orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. 

We are charged website and payment processing fees when you place your order. These fees are not refunded to us when you cancel your order. Therefore our cancellation fees are non-negotiable.

Canada Post does not move mail on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Delivery expectations are quoted in business days. Adverse weather, long weekends and holidays may also delay delivery.

The shipping option you chose does not alter our order processing time. It only determines your delivery service.

The quickest option.

Purolator delivers in 1-2 days to most addresses in Ontario. 2 days for neighbouring provinces. 3 days for each coast.

Check your tracking information. If the tracking information shows your parcel has not yet been delivered, or delivery has not been attempted, be patient and assured it is on its way.

**Expect a delay from when your label is printed until it gets picked up and scanned into the system. 

If the tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, check your community mailbox, front door, garage, backdoors, porch. Sometimes your carrier will leave items in a safe spot. If you still haven't found it, please contact us. We do not have any more information other than what is available on the tracking website. We can place a trace on the package. A parcel trace can take 10-14 days. 

Design Blanks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from designblanks.ca pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, if such items must cross an international border, then risk of loss and title pass to you when they clear customs.

As we are in warehouse clearance mode, all sales are final.
