We will ship using the shipping method you have selected at checkout however if we have a faster (with no fee difference) we may upgrade to ensure you get your items faster.

Do you have a retail storefront?

No, Design Blanks is online only with a contactless pick up option.

Where do you ship from? 

We ship from Eugenia ON. We currently ship within Canada only.

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is based on weight. Shipping quotes appear on the checkout page of the website. This quotes come directly from Canada Post and Purolator.

Packages are sent without requiring a signature. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a safe drop location. 

When will my order ship?

Please expect up to 4-5 business days for order processing and packing. As we clearance warehouse stock, order processing is slower.

Please be aware that your shipping option does not have any effect on our processing times. 

Design Blanks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from designblanks.ca pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, if such items must cross an international border, then risk of loss and title pass to you when they clear customs.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel Shipping Service

Canada Post does not move mail on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Delivery expectations are quoted in business days. Adverse weather, long weekends and holidays may also delay delivery.

The shipping option you chose does not alter our order processing time. It only determines your delivery service.

Purolator Standard Delivery Times

Purolator delivers in 1-2 days to most addresses within Ontario. 2 days for neighbouring provinces. 3 days for each coast.

How does it work if I want to pick up my order?

Place your order and select pick up at checkout. Your order will be ready in approx 2-4 business days. We will send when it's ready and make arrangements for pick up. Orders can be picked up from our convenient pick up bin outside the warehouse entrance.
