You are responsible for checking your order. Inaccuracies must be reported within 15 days from your order date.
File your issue within 15 days of your order date. Your return must include your order number, your name, your email address and the reason for return. Include pictures, the first thing we will ask for is pictures of the problem and pictures of your packing slip.
Mistakes happen and we are happy to help set things straight in a timely manner.
RETURNS - Returns are considered on a case by case basis and must be approved prior to items being returned. Return shipping may be at your expense. Please fill out our online return form.
No refund will be issued until return items are received by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be -
* Unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
*It must be in the original packaging.
Under NO circumstances will washed and/or worn items or altered/customized items ever be considered for a return.
Our policy is 15 days from order date. After 15 days we cannot consider any returns.
We will only accept returns for the following conditions:
- Items that were originally and substantially defective. NOT minor flaws or imperfections.
- We sent the wrong item in error.
All returns should meet the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 15 days of placing the order.
Refund or Store Credit will be processed after we receive the return.

** Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee may apply (this does not apply to orders where wrong items were sent)
It is very common to see differences in style or colour between batches or lots. This can be frustrating but it is not considered a defect. If we are shipping you blue cups we do our best to make sure they are all from the same lot but they may not be an exact match to the order you placed 6 months before. Each batch or lot is custom made for us.
Wholesale items made Overseas have a small percentage of defects or "less than perfect" items. We screen for major defects. Our product prices are based on a small percentage of defects and cannot be refunded.
If you find a small hole or a missed stitches - We see this occasionally. You are crafty! You are a maker! You can turn on a YouTube video and learn to sew a couple of small stitches to close a seam. It will empower you! The number of crafters that can't sew a few simple stitches is shocking. You don't have to know how to sew but learning to place a couple of simple stitches is a great skill to add to your crafting resume. We will NOT refund an item for needing to have a few stitches sewn into it. This applies to a small hole on the seam of a teddy bear or a small hole on a tree skirt. We understand that this is frustrating but this is the cost of ordering bulk items from an online warehouse that orders in bulk from overseas manufacturers.
Third Party Returns - We will not accept items that you have sold to your customers. If your customer is unhappy with an item this is your responsibility as the seller.
