Returns

You are responsible for checking your order. Inaccuracies must be reported within 7 days from receipt of delivery.

Order Issues?

Contact us, you must include your order number, name, email address and the reason for return. Include pictures, the first thing we will ask for is pictures of the issue and pictures of your packing slip.

Mistakes happen and we are happy to help set things straight in a timely manner.

RETURNS - Returns are considered on a case by case basis and must be approved prior to items being returned. Return shipping will be at your expense.  

**** Vinyl is custom cut to order and not eligible for return or refund! ****

No refund will be issued until return items are received by us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be -

* Unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

*It must be in the original packaging.

Under NO circumstances will washed and/or worn items or altered/customized items ever be considered for a return.

Our return policy and our defect policy is 7 days from delivery. 

We will only accept returns for the following conditions:

  • Items that were originally and substantially defective. Not minor flaws or imperfections.
  • We sent the wrong item in error.

All returns should meet the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. 

Refund or Store Credit will be processed after we receive the return.

~Please do not contact us about something you bought months or years ago. 

** Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee may apply (this does not apply to orders where wrong items were sent)

Damaged  items

It is common to see differences in style or colour between batches or lots. Frustrating but not considered a defect. If we are shipping you blue cups we make sure they are all from the same lot but they may not be an exact match to the order you placed previously. Each batch or lot is custom made for us.
